This article introduces the axis structure characteristic of the underground power plant for the three gorges, elaborating the more detail method for turning method, measure position, the adjustment for the lower flange of generator rotor with the ex-circle of trust block, the adjustment for the slip-ring of lower guide, the adjustment for the turbine guide bearing run out, the adjustment for elevation between rotated parts with fixed part, the adjustment for rotated axis perpendicularity, the adjustment for the rotated center, the adjustment for the clearance between stator and rotor, the adjustment for the roundness between stator and rotor, and the adjustment for the clearance in guide bearing etc.%本文简要介绍了三峡地下电站水轮发电机组轴线结构特点，并详细阐述了三峡地下水轮发电机组的盘车方式、测量部位；发电机组转子下法兰与推力头外圆、下导滑转子、水导滑转子摆度的调整；转动部分相对固定部分高程调整；旋转轴线垂直度的调整、机组旋转中心的调整；定转子空气间隙的调整；定、转子圆度调整；导瓦间隙调整等。
