对抽水蓄能电站球阀参与机组甩负荷流量调节的几点看法

摘要

There are 4 sets of 300MW reversible storage units in a pumped storage power station. When the units reject the load, ball valves participate in adjusting of transient process. This article introduces calculation results of regulation guarantee provided by design institute and manufactory, and testing result of the units load-rejection at site, discusses the advantages and disadvantages on the ball valve’s participation in adjusting of transient process, and gives some advice.%　　国内某抽水蓄能电站安装有4台单机容量为300MW的可逆式抽水蓄能机组，机组在发电工况甩负荷时球阀参与水力过渡过程调节。文章介绍了设计单位和制造厂商提供的机组调节保证计算成果，以及现场机组甩负荷试验结果，探讨了球阀参与机组甩负荷流量调节的利弊，并给出了建议。
