发电机定子冷却水水质控制技术分析

         

摘要

通过对某电厂4台发电机定冷水箱补水水源及定冷水处理方法的介绍、对发电机定冷水指标间相互关系的论述,对比分析了3种不同的水质处理手段(特种混床法、超净化+碱法和离子交换+充氮密封法)在现场的实际运用情况.指出了目前电厂存在着标准更新缓慢、水质处理方法选择不佳、仪表测量准确性不足、指标重视程度不够、定冷水系统运行维护和发电机停备用保护欠妥等方面的问题,从而造成了定冷水pH值和铜含量指标间断性不合格,排污、换水操作频繁,增大环保压力与经济损失的同时,也给发电机的安全运行带来了风险.本文可为今后电厂选择定冷水处理技术,制定相关维护措施提供参考.%By introduction of the water supply of the stator cooling water tank and the stator cooling water's treatment methods of 4 generators in a power plant, and disscussion of the relationship between stator cooling water's indicators, the practical application of three different water treatment methods(special mixed bed, abnormal operation + alkaline and ion exchange + Nitrogen sealing method)is comparatively analyzed. Some problems are shown such as slow update of the standard, the improper selection of water dealing method, the inaccuracy of the instruments' measuring results, insufficient a attention of the indexes, the defect of operation and maintenance of the stator cooling water system, improper protection of standstill and stand-by generators. These problems lead to inconsistently unqualified stator cooling water's pH value and copper content, frequend water change and discharge operation, so the environment protection pressure and the economic losses are all increased, and risks are increased for the generator's safe operation at the same time. This thesis provides a reference for the choice of future stator cooling water method and the development of relative maintenance measures in power plants.
