Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Diane-35 combined with clomiphene citrate and progynova in the treatment of infertility caused by polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS ) .Methods A total of 220 cases of infertility caused by PCOS from January 2013 to June 2016 were divided into two groups by ran-dom digital table ,and the control group (110 cases) was treated with Diane-35 combined with clomiphene cit-rate ,and the treatment group (110 cases) was combined with the treatment of progynova on the basis treat-ment of control group .The clinical effect of two groups of patients was compared .Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91 .82％ (101/110) after treatment ,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 80 .00％ (80/110) ,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0 .05) .The inci-dences of oligomenorrhea ,hirsutism and acne in both groups were significantly lower than those before treat-ment ,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0 .05) ,and the reduction of menstrual hair loss in the treatment group was more obvious ,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0 .05) .Compared with those before treatment ,serum luteinizing hormone (LH) and testosterone (T) levels in both groups were significantly decreased ,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0 .05) and FSH level was not sig-nificantly changed after treatment (P>0 .05) ,The levels of serum LH and T in treatment group decreased more significantly (P<0 .05) ,and the serum estradiol (E2 ) level in treatment group increased significantly (P<0 .05) ,but there was no significant difference in control group before and after treatment (P>0 .05) . There was no significant difference in the ovulation rate between the control group and the treatment group (90 .00％ vs .88 .18％ ,P> 0 .05) .The pregnancy rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (71 .82％ vs .34 .55％ ,P<0 .05) .Abortion rate was 4 .55％ in the treatment group , which was significantly lower than that in the control group (16 .36％ ) .and the difference was statistically significant (P<0 .05) .Conclusion Diane-35 combined with clomiphene citrate and progynova for treatment of PCOS infertility can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and sex hormone levels of patients ,improve pregnancy rate ,and the effect is certain .%目的 探讨达英-35联合克罗米芬及补佳乐治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)所致不孕患者的临床效果.方法 选择2013年1月至2016年6月该院收治的220例PCOS所致不孕患者,利用随机数字表法将其分为两组,对照组(110例)给予达英-35联合克罗米芬治疗,治疗组(110例)在此基础上联合补佳乐治疗.对比两组患者临床治疗效果.结果 治疗组患者治疗后总有效率为91.82％(101/110),明显高于对照组的80.00％(88/110),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组患者治疗后月经稀发、多毛、痤疮发生率较治疗前明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且以治疗组月经稀发改善更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后血清黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)水平明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而卵泡雌激素(FSH)水平无明显改变,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),以治疗组患者血清LH、T水平下降更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组治疗后血清雌二醇(E2)水平明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但对照组治疗前后无明显变化,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).治疗组患者排卵率为90.00％,与对照组的88.18％ 比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组患者妊娠率为71.82％,与对照组的34.55％ 比较明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者流产率为4.55％,与对照组的16.36％ 比较明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 达英-35联合克罗米芬及补佳乐治疗PCOS不孕症可有效改善患者临床症状及性激素水平,提高妊娠率,疗效确切.
