线迹密度及接缝方向对针织面料拉伸性的影响

             

摘要

为了分析线迹密度和接缝方向对针织物拉伸性能的影响,以涤棉针织面料和纯棉汗布为研究对象,测试它们的基本性能指标。在此基础上,以线迹密度和接缝方向为因子,采用二次通用旋转组合法设计出13种组合试验方案,测试针织面料在不同方案下面料和缝线相互匹配缝制试样后接缝处的拉伸性能。利用SPSS软件,建立线迹密度和接缝方向与针织面料拉伸性能指标之间的回归预测方程,并对其断裂强力、断裂伸长和断裂功做了分析,结果表明:线迹密度对针织面料拉伸性能的影响较大。%In order to analyze the influence of stitch density and seam directions on knitted fabric’s tensile per_formance, this paper studies polyester/cotton knitted fabric and cotton knitted jersey, where the basic performance index of knitted fabrics were tested. By considering the factors of stitch density and seam direction , quadratic rota_tional combination method is used to obtain 13 kinds of test plans. Test knitted fabrics in different scenarios to calculate bursting performance in seamed knitted fabrics after matching fabric with sewing thread. Using SPSS soft_ware, establish the regression equation between stitch density, seam direction and tensile properties index of seamed knitted fabric, and the analysis of breaking strength, breaking elongation and rupture work is given. The results show that stitch density has great influence on tensile properties of seamed knitted fabrics.
