电脑横机多种针距针床通用互换技术

             

摘要

In terms of the problems of the complicacy of interchanging needle beds with various gauges for the computerized flat knitting machine and the height-matching correctness for loop transfer after changing the needle beds, the paper develops a new kind of adjusting mechanism, i.e., the L-shaped needle bed auxiliary adjusting mechanism and the integrated cam system adjusting mechanism. On the basis of introducing the design idea for the new technology of interchanging needle beds with various gauges for machine, the working principle of the L-shaped needle bed auxiliary adjusting mechanism and the analysis on the working method of the various components and their specific implementation of the cam system adjusting mechanism are elaborated in detail. The results show that the interchange of the needle beds with various gauges is simple and fast, the fabrics with various standard needle gauges can be knitted on one machine, which can be used for multiple-purpose, and the production cost is reduced.%针对电脑横机上不同针距针床互换复杂,以及移圈翻针位高低变化的问题,本文设计了L型针床辅助调整机构和电脑横机机头整体三角系统调整机构。在介绍这种新型的电脑横机多种针距针床通用互换技术设计思路的基础上,详细阐述L型针床辅助调整机构的工作原理,以及机头三角系统调整机构的各部件动作分析及具体的实施方式。该新型多种针距针床通用互换技术,更换方法简单快捷,可完成不同标准针距织物的编织,实现一机多用,降低生产成本。
