醋柳黄酮对大鼠肾缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用

     

摘要

目的:探讨醋柳黄酮对大鼠肾缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法:50只SD大鼠分为假手术,模型,醋柳黄酮高、中、低剂量(200、100、50 mg/kg)5组。醋柳黄酮高、中、低剂量各组连续灌胃给药(模型组大鼠给予生理盐水)7 d后,建立肾缺血再灌注损伤模型。测定血清尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)含量,肾组织匀浆中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量,取肾组织进行肾小管损伤评分。结果:5组肾小管损伤评分、BUN和Cr以及SOD和MDA水平比较,差异有统计学意义(F分别为136.710、102.695、99.754、16.471、71.333,P均<0.001)。醋柳黄酮高、中剂量组肾小管损伤评分、BUN和Cr水平高于模型组,MDA水平低于模型组;醋柳黄酮高剂量组SOD水平高于模型组(P均<0.05)。结论:醋柳黄酮对大鼠肾缺血再灌注损伤有保护作用,机制可能与其抗氧化能力有关。%Aim:To investigate the protective effects of sindacon on renal ischemie-reperfusion injury (IRI) in rats. Methods:Fifty rats were randomly divided in five groups: sham operation group, model group, sindacon high, middle, low dosage groups (200, 100, 50 mg/kg) . The renal IRI model was established after intragastric administration of corresponding drugs for seven days among sindacon high, middle, low dosage groups. Rats of model group were administrated saline. The scores of renal tubule injury were assessed. The levels of blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and creatinine (Cr) in serum, activity of superoxidase (SOD) and content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in renal homogenate were measured. Results:The scores of renal tubule injury , and the levels of blood BUN and Cr , SOD and MDA in renal homogenate among the five groups were obviously differen( F were 136. 710,102.695 ,99. 754,16.471,71. 333 ,P <0.001). Compared with the model group, the scores of renal tubule injury ,the levels of BUN and Cr were higher and the level of MDA was lower in sindacon high, and middle dosage groups. The levels of SOD in sindacon high grouphigher than that in model group ( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion: Sindacon has protective effect in rats on renal IRI,and the mechanism may be due to its antioxidant capacity.
