郑州市3所医院医疗纠纷分布规律

     

摘要

Aim:To explore the character of medical dispute distribution .Methods: The incidence of medical dispute in 3 hospitals in Zhengzhou city was surveyed by questionnaire .Results: The total incidence of medical dispute in the 3 hospitals was 30.0% (208/693).The incidence of medical dispute of the medical personnel with different gender , working time, education levels , professional title, and departments was different statistically (χ2=20.513 ,14.461 ,12.996,23.883 , and 34.411 ,P < 0.05).The incidence of the medical personnel of male , with working time > 5 a, or bachelor degree , or with higher professional title , or working in departments of surgery , gynaecology and obstetrics , internal medicine and paedi -atrics were higher ( P < 0.001).Conclusion : The management of the medical personnel and medical department with the character of medical dispute should be strengthened .%目的:了解医院医疗纠纷的分布规律,为医院有效预防和处理医疗纠纷提供参考依据和建议.方法:自行设计调查问卷,采用分层随机整群抽样的方法,对郑州市省、市、区级医院各1所进行问卷调查.结果:3所医院医疗纠纷发生率总计为30.0%(208/693).不同性别、工龄、学历、职称、科室的医生医疗纠纷发生率差异均有统计学意义(χ2=20.513、14.461、12.996、23.883和34.411,P<0.05).男医生的医疗纠纷发生率高于女医生,工龄≥5 a的医生医疗纠纷发生率大于工龄<5 a者,本科学历的医生医疗纠纷发生率高于其他学历者,住院医师医疗纠纷发生率低于职称较高的医生,外科、妇产科、内科和儿科医疗纠纷发生率较高(P<0.001).结论:应对医疗纠纷高发特征医务人员和高发科室全面加强管理,以便有效预防和处理医疗纠纷.
