轴流泵站开敞式进水池的消涡措施分析

         

摘要

Taking typical drainage pump station in Zhejiang Province as example, numerical simulation was carried out on three-dimensional flow field of open suction sump of axial-flow pump station, based on the turbulent model of Navier-Stokes and standard k-εby using SIMPLEC algorithm. At the excessively large value of back wall, vortex was appeared near the in-take pipe, which causes the axial velocity distribution uniformity and low efficiency. To eliminate the vortex, six different methods of counteracting vortex were proposed. The results show that the anti-swirl effect of the methods is good. When the value of back wall is equal to 0. 75D, the anti-swirl effect is the best, the axial velocity distribution is uniform, and the effi-ciency is high.%以浙江省典型的排涝泵站为例,通过三维湍流Navier-Stokes控制方程和标准k-ε模型,采用SIMPLEC算法,对轴流泵站开敞式进水池进行了数值模拟分析,提出了后墙隔板、水下隔板和管后隔板等6种消涡方案.结果表明,上述6种消涡方案均有一定的消涡效果,当采用管后隔板且后壁距T=0.75D时,消涡效果最佳,轴向流速分布角均匀度为最好,泵站装置效率为最高.
