可持续供应链的动态能力--一个理论分析框架

摘要

可持续供应链的提出源于可持续发展理论与供应链管理的融合，全球化与信息化加剧了可持续供应链管理环境的复杂性和动态性，这客观上需要供应链提升动态能力以适应环境变化。由此产生一个命题：管理可持续供应链需要动态管理理论的支持。而目前在可持续供应链管理研究中很少引入动态能力概念。文章在详细回顾可持续供应链与动态能力相关文献基础上，归纳了二者的研究脉络与理论特征，梳理了二者的关系及理论交汇点，按照可持续供应链组织特征把动态能力理论整合到可持续供应链实践当中，提出了可持续性供应链动态能力的理论分析框架。%The concept of sustainable supply chain comes from the merging of sustainable development theory and supply chain management theory. Globalization and informatization have aggravated the complexity and dynamic nature of SSCM environment, which requires the supply chain improving dynamic capability (DC) to adapt to environment change which leads to an assumption that SSCM needs the support of DC, whereas the concept of DC has rarely been introduced into SSCM. Based on a thorough review on literatures of SSCM and DC, the paper analyzed the study progress and theory characteristics, their relations and theoretic intersection. Based on their relevance, the paper integrated DC theory into SSCM using a threshold of characteristics of sustainable supply chain-DC-sustainable competitive advantage, and put forth a theoretic analytical framework of sustainable supply chain dynamic capability.
