基于可插拔模型分片的小水电群多目标调度系统设计与实现

         

摘要

为了提升区域内小水电的经济效益和生态效益,针对多元化的小水电群调度目标,设计并实现了可插拔模型分片技术的小水电群多目标调度系统.系统采用接口抽取方法与关注点分离思想,将多个调度模型以XML描述文件的格式进行切割分片,在调度决策中以可插拔的形式制定调度目标,具备了良好的可操作性和扩展性.给出了基于二次处理策略的NNBR模型径流预测方法,考虑实际应用示范流域具有多种类型的水库、电站,以及具有串、并联的混联结构特征,实现了径流预测、多目标联合调度和生态径流保证等多种要求.%In order to improve regional ecological benefits of small hydropower and consider multiobjective scheduling characteristics of small hydro group,a multi-objective scheduling system based on segmenting of pluggable models for small hydro group was designed and implemented.The methods of interface extraction and the separation of concern are applied in the system.The hydropower scheduling models were cut into smaller XML files,So it can make scheduling target in pluggable form in the scheduling decision.The system has a good maneuverability and scalability.Moreover,the NNBR(Nearest Neighbor Bootstrapping Regressive) model with retreating strategy was proposed to calculate runoff forecast.For the actual application drainage basin,there are various types of reservoirs and hydroelectric power stations and the hybrid connected structures.Many functions of the system,such as runoff forecast,muti-objective optimal scheduling,and ecological runoff guarantee,were implemented.
