昼夜温度对温室甜椒植株生长、发育和产量的影响

     

摘要

The objective of this experiment was to quantify vegetative and generative responses of sweet pepper plants to different dayight temperature regimes (DIF). Sweet pepper plants were grown on rockwool substrates in two glasshouses, in which two DIF, i.e. 20-16 ℃ (DIF +4 ℃) and 16-20 ℃ (DIF -4 ℃) were applied. Results showed that negative DIF significantly reduced the internode length and leaf size of pepper cv. Spirit plants, but no significant effect on leaf unfolding rate, earliness, yield or fruit quality was observed. Water consumption of pepper plants in DIF +4 ℃ consumed 31% more nutrient solution than those in DIF -4 ℃. Correspondently, the EC level of the drained solution from DIF +4 ℃ increased with the development of pepper plants. The pepper fruits cv. Spirit from negative DIF elongated much faster than that of positive DIF. The temperature fluctuation between day and night did not affect neither fruit external nor internal quality. Different varieties have different responses to DIF.%本试验的目的是为了探明不同昼夜温差(DIF)对甜椒营养生长和生殖生长的影响.甜椒种植于两个独立的玻璃温室内,采用岩棉培技术.玻璃温室分别设两种DIF处理:昼温20 ℃、夜温16 ℃ (DIF +4 ℃) 和昼温16 ℃、夜温20 ℃ (DIF -4 ℃).结果表明:负DIF显著降低了甜椒(品种:Spirit)的节间长度与叶片大小,但对叶片展开速率、早熟性、产量和质量无显著影响.正DIF温室内甜椒植株比负DIF内的多消耗31%的营养液.与此相对应,随着甜椒植株的生长,从正DIF温室内排出的多余营养液的EC值随之提高.负DIF温室内的甜椒(品种:Spirit)果实加长生长更快.而昼夜温度波动并不影响果实外观和内在品质.不同品种对DIF有不同的反应.
