FeCoB非晶粉末吸波性能研究

             

摘要

为研究FeCoB非晶粉末的吸波性能,利用单棍快淬法和高能球磨工艺制备FeCoB非晶粉末,以石蜡为基体,用模压法制备出非晶粉末复合材料,利用XRD,SEM 和网络矢量分析仪,研究了不同质量分数的FeCoB非晶粉末对复合材料吸波性能的影响.结果表明:随着FeCoB非晶粉末质量分数的增加,复合材料的吸波性能呈现先增强后减弱的态势;在质量分数为60%时,其最大反射损耗值达到了-50.3 dB,此时涂层厚度仅为2.5 mm,并且具有5.92 GHz(RL<-10 dB)的有效吸收宽频特性.说明60%质量分数的FeCoB非晶粉末复合材料具有非常优异的吸波性能.%It was prepared the FeCoB metallic glasses ribbon by the single copper roller melt spinning method. The ribbons were mechanically milled under the protection of high purity argon atmosphere to prepare the me-tallic glasses powders(MGPs).The effect of mass fraction of FeCoB MGPs was investigated for the microwave absorbing properties of paraffin-based composite materials.The results showed that with the increase in mass fraction of FeCoB MGPs,the microwave absorbing properties of the composite materials increased at first and then decreased.When the mass fraction of FeCoB MGPs was 60%,the composite materials had the strongest absorbing property.The minimum value of reflection loss of -50.3 dB with a thickness of only 2.5 mm and the bandwidth reached 5.93 GHz for the value of reflection loss exceeding -10 dB.
