前房穿刺在治疗视网膜中央动脉阻塞中的疗效观察

摘要

[Objective] To explore the cure effect of atria puncture in treating arter centralis retinae block. [Method] Randomly divide 40 cases into treatment group 18 cases and control group 22 cases. The control one takes nitroglycerin, atropine and compound Sal via injection, as well as routine treatment; the other one added with early atria puncture. Evaluate the eyesight, view and fundus change. [Result] The treatment group had higher effective rate than control one, with marked difference. [Conclusion] Early atria puncture coordinated with drugs and oxygen uptake and other comprehensive therapy can get good result on arter centralis retinae block.%[目的]探讨前房穿刺在治疗视网膜中央动脉阻塞中的疗效.[方法]随机将40例(40只眼)视网膜中央动脉阻塞患者分为治疗组18例(18只眼)和对照组22例(22只眼).对照组采用硝酸甘油、阿托品、复方丹参针,同时输氧等常规治疗;治疗组除应用对照组相同的药物外,及早行前房穿刺.两组均以视力、视野、眼底改变为疗效评纠指标.[结果]治疗组有效率明显高于对照组,其差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.01).[结论]尽早前房穿刺配合药物、吸氧等综合治疗视网膜中央动脉阻塞可取得较好的疗效.
