'冠心平'对冠状动脉内皮功能的影响及其疗效研究

摘要

[Objective]Determine the effect of “GuanXinPing” compound pharmaceutical preparations on ET and NO levels in the blood, angina pectoris symptoms, and electrocardiogram readings in coronary artery disease patients with angina pectoris. Evaluate the effect of “increase qi-nourish yin” and “invigorate blood circulation-phlegm reduction” treatment methods on coronary artery endothelial function and their treatment efficacy for angina pectoris in coronary artery disease patients. [Method] 80 cases were divided into two groups. 40 cases in treatment group were treated by westen drugs plus GuanXinPing granule and 40 cases in control group by XinKeShu granule for 4 weeks. [Results] Clinic tests have indicated that XinKeShu granule can raise the level of No, lower the level of ET,reduce the symptoms of patients with coronary heart disease and improve ECG. [Conclusion] the principle of tonifying Qi,promoting blood circulation and removing phlegm can improve vascular endothelial function and relieve angina pectoris.%[目的]通过观察中药复方制剂"冠心平"治疗冠心病心绞痛患者前后血清ET,NO以及临床症状和心电图等疗效指标的变化,评估"益气养阴、活血化痰法"对冠脉内皮功能的影响及其治疗冠心病心绞痛临床疗效.[方法]临床研究中将不稳定性心绞痛患者随机分为两组:试验组40例,予常规西药加中成药冠心平;对照组40例,予常规西药加中成药心可舒,4周为1疗程.[结果]临床试验结果表明益气养阴、活血化痰法可减轻患者症状,改善心肌供血,提高血清NO含量和降低血浆ET含量.统计表明,试验组疗效明显优于对照组(P＜0.05或P＜0.01).[结论]益气养阴、活血化痰法能显著减轻冠心病心绞痛症状,改善血管内皮功能是其重要的作用机制之一.
