皮牵引联合中药内服外用治疗2-5掌骨干骨折的疗效观察

摘要

[Objective] To investigate the clinical effect of skin traction combined with TCM of oral taking and external use on shaft metacarpal bone fracture. [Method] Administer the said method above to 38 cases; after fixation with skin traction, take Chinese medicine for activating blood circulation to remove stasis, swelling and pain; after removing fixation, soak with TCM, coordinated with functional exercise. [Result] All were followed up, 29 cases were excellent, 6 good, 3 bad, the excellence rate was 92.11%. [Conclusion] The said method above is simple to operate, with reliable cure effect, worthy clinical promotion.%[目的]探讨皮牵引联合中药内服外用治疗掌骨干骨折的临床疗效.[方法] 2003年11月至2010年11月我院38例2-5掌骨干骨折的患者均应用皮牵引手法固定治疗,固定期内服活血化瘀、止痛消肿中药,拆除固定后中药浸泡,辅以功能锻炼.[结果]所有病例均获得随访,平均随访12个月.优29例,良6例,差3例,优良率92.11％.[结论]应用皮牵引联合中药内服外用治疗掌骨骨折操作简单,疗效可靠.
