[Objective] To know the reasons, section distribution, disease structure and treatment of* patients combined diagnosed by the psychiatry of the complex hospital. [Method] The contact person times are increasing annually for psychiatry diagnosis; the patients are mostly over 60, centered on neurosis, mood obstacle and recognition obstacle; they mostly go to neurology, digestive dep., endocrinology dep., and cardiovascular medicine; on medication, SSRIs, atypia anti-psychosis medicines and BZ are much used. [Conclusion] The psychiatry combined diagnosis is very important, helpful to treating patients' body diseases, as well as mental diseases.%[目的]了解综合医院心理科联络会诊病人的原因、科室分布、病种构成及治疗效果.[方法]对所有会诊病人的资料进行分析.[结果]精神科会诊-联络人次逐年增加；患者年龄60岁以上为主；病种构成中以神经症,心境障碍和认知障碍列前3位；科室分布以神经内科、消化科、内分泌科和心血管内科为主;精神科用药情况来看,SSRIs类药物、非典型抗精神病药物及苯二氮卓类应用较多.[结论]综合医院精神科会诊联络非常重要,有利于治疗患者躯体疾病,同时治疗其身心疾病.
