慢性浅表性胃炎辨证分型与胃肠排空功能关系探讨

摘要

Objective ]To discuss the relationship the differentiation types of chronic superficial gastritis and gastro-intestinal evacuation, offering conference for objective TCM differentiation types. [Method] Divide 52 such cases into 4 TCM differentiation types: disharmony of liver and stomach, deficient spleen and stomach, damp and hot spleen and stomach, deficient gastric Yin. Make test to them on gastrointestinal evacuation, as wel as X-ray Barium perspective. [Result] The 0.5h and 1h gastric barium meal remains, ful gastric evacuation time, time of returning to ileocecus in the type of deficient spleen and stomach had marked difference from other 3 types, showing deficient spleen and stomach could cause weak gastrointestinal evacuation. [Conclusion] Taking X-ray barium perspective to test gastrointestinal evacuation can provide foundation for TCM differentiation types of chronic superficial gastritis and help the correct differentiation of the disease.%　　[目的]探讨慢性浅表性胃炎中医辨证分型与胃肠排空功能的关系，为中医辨证分型客观化提供参考。[方法]将52例患者按中医辨证分型分为肝胃不和型、脾胃虚弱型、脾胃湿热型、胃阴不足型4个证型。全部患者均行胃肠排空功能检查，用X线钡条透视法。[结果]脾胃虚弱型的0.5h胃钡餐残留量（%）、1 h胃钡餐残留量（%）、胃全排空时间（m i n）、到达回盲部时间（m i n）与肝胃不和型、脾胃湿热型、胃阴不足型3个证型比较，均有明显性差异（P<0.05），说明脾胃虚弱可导致胃肠排空功能减弱。[结论]采用X线钡条透视法进行胃肠排空功能检查，能为慢性浅表性胃炎的中医辨证分型提供诊断依据，可帮助慢性浅表性胃炎患者的准确辨证。
