益气健脾化积方对胃癌患者免疫功能调节作用的理论机制探讨

摘要

[目的]探讨益气健脾化积方对胃癌(Gastric Cancer,GC)患者免疫功能调节作用的理论机制.[方法]从中医古籍理论与调节机体免疫功能相类之载述、益气健脾化积方组方意义与扶正抗癌的作用关系以及益气健脾化积方所含药物的药理作用与双向免疫调节的作用关系等角度进行归纳、分析和探讨,阐述益气健脾化积方对胃癌患者免疫调控作用的理论基础.[结果]益气健脾化积方对GC患者免疫调节的作用,是建立在中医理、法、方、药的理论基础之上,且与益气健脾化积方中传统中医功效理论及所含药物具有的双向免疫调节的药理作用相关.[结论]益气健脾化积方具有的益气健脾、扶正抗癌中医功效和所具有的双向免疫调节作用,是对胃癌患者发挥临床疗效作用的理论机制之一.%[Objective] To explore the mechanism of Replenishing Qi to Invigorate the Spleen and Relieve Stasis Decoction 's immunity regulation effect on patients with gastric cancer. [Methods] In order to expound the immune regulation of Replenishing Qi to Invigorate the Spleen and Relieve Stasis Decoction on patients with gastric cancer,this paper concludes the similarities between the traditional Chinese medicine therapy and regulation of immune function in western medicine,it also concludes the significance of Replenishing Qi to Invigorate the Spleen and Relieve Stasis Decoction and the formula is in contact with anticancer effects.It analyses the relationship between mechanism of double regulating immune and pharmacological effects of the drugs. [Result] We thought the function was based on the theoretical basis of theory, medicine and prescription of TCM, and related to the efficacy theory of TCM and the bidirectional immune pharmacological action of the drugs. [Conclusion]Not only does the Replenishing Qi to Invigorate the Spleen and Relieve Stasis Decoction have the effect of invigorating the spleen and anticancer in patients with gastric cancer, but also it can make the function of bidirectional immune regulation,which plays an important role of treating patients with gastric cancer.
