范炳华教授诊治骶髂关节紊乱症经验探析

摘要

[目的]探析范炳华教授诊治骶髂关节紊乱症的临床经验.[方法]通过跟随范炳华教授临证和对验案的学习,总结范炳华教授临床诊治骶髂关节紊乱症的临证经验,并附典型验案,从中体会范炳华教授临证治疗骶髂关节紊乱症的细节和方法.[结果]范炳华教授基于"症因相关"理论,奉行"有症必有因,症因要相关,治因为先"的学术思想,临证注重从临床症状出发治疗骶髂关节紊乱症,通过运用专科检查方法探寻与症状具有相关性的内在病因,辨证性排除相似病症,并针对病因作出精准治疗,临床疗效显著.[结论]范炳华教授"临证三原则"学术思想对临床诊疗骶髂关节紊乱症有很大的指导意义,临床实用性强,值得推广和借鉴.%[Objective]To summarize the clinical experience of Professor FAN Binghua in treating sacroiliac joint dysfunction. [Method] From following Professor FAN Binghua's clinical and studying experienced cases ,summarizing the academic viewpoints and methods of Professor FAN Binghua in treating sacroiliac joint dysfunction, and with one classical case for experiencing details and methods when Professor FAN Binghua cures sacroiliac joint dysfunction. [Result]Based on theory of relationship between symptoms and etiology, Professor FAN comes up with concept of where there is symptom, there is reason and curing etiology should be put forward,starting with clinical symptoms to cure sacroiliac joint dysfunction, applying examinations of specialty to find out the internal close relationship between symptom and etiology and eliminate the similar disease, then curing the etiology in right way.[Conclusion]Pro.FAN has flexible thoughts, clear pertinence, and strong practicality, and his"three principls in clinic"can be guidence in clinic, and it is worth drawing reference and learning.
