针对CAD系统与CAPP系统之间无障碍数据相互传递的集成需要,分析了零件设计特征自身存在的不足及其映射到制造特征存在的信息失真的缺陷,研究了CAD系统零件设计特征映射为CAPP系统零件制造特征的关键技术,提出了面向零件制造工艺规划的广义特征概念,建立了广义特征信息模型和结构模型;给出了基于广义特征的零件制造工艺结构模型和制造工艺设计过程;最后以一个实例说明了基于广义特征的零件制造工艺规划的应用思路。%In the light of integration demand of unobstructed data transmission between CAD and CAPP, deficiency of part design feature and its mapping to part manufacturing feature is analyzed, and the key technology for feature mapping from part design feature in CAD to part manufacturing feature in CAPP is researched. The conception of generalized features faced on part manufacturing process planning is put up, the feature information model and feature structure model is set up, and structure model of part manufacturing process and process of manufacturing process planning based on generalized features is taken to work. At the end of the paper, a example illustrates application thought of part manufacturing process planning based on generalized features.
