许多前人实验证明,在招聘情境下总是存在着相貌刻板印象。为探讨这种相貌刻板印象在其他职场情境是否存在,如晋升和解聘情境,实验采用2(职场情境性质)×3(相貌水平)的混合实验设计方法,以小组实测的方法进行实验。实验结果发现,群体条件下对于产品研发经理这种男性化主导的职业在晋升和解聘情境中,相貌吸引力强的应聘者没有优势。%Many previous experiments proved that there always exist appearance stereotypes under recruitment situation. To explore whether this appearance stereotype exist in other workplace situations,such as promotion and dismissal situations,the experiment uses the mixed experimental design methods of 2( workplace situations nature) × 3( appearance level)to approach the experiment by the group measured. The experimental results show that candidates who look more attractive do not have any advantage to apply for managers for product development,which is a masculine-dominated profession in the context of promotion and dismissal under group conditions.
