洞庭湖区域水生态补偿机制的问题及其优化

摘要

洞庭湖是长江重要的调蓄湖泊和重要湿地。近半个世纪以来，洞庭湖区域的水生态环境遭到严重破坏。要优化洞庭湖水生态环境，应从水生态补偿机制的内涵入手，扫除水生态补偿机制障碍。%D ongting Lake is an im portantY angtze R iver flood storage lakes and w etlands of internationalim portance.For nearly half a century, especially since the reform and opening up, the w ater environm ent in the D ongting Lake area w as severely affected or destroyed.
