随着近年来我国许多城市洪涝灾害频发与水资源短缺的矛盾不断加深，海绵城市的雨水管理理念开始引起国内学者与政府的高度重视。通过借鉴国外的一些雨水管理策略，结合国内雨水管理的现状，基于海绵城市的理念，文章对城市公园改造建设中的存在的区域划分管理、雨水管理子系统、雨水管理措施三个方面问题提出合理的建议。将有助于城市公园实现有效的雨水管理，发挥城市公园在城市中的绿色海绵功能。%With the rapid development of cities in our country,the contradiction of many urban flood disasters and the shortage of water is deepening. Meanwhile,the concept of rainwater management begins to bring the domestic scholars and the government to the forefront. Given some foreign management strategy of rainwater and the current situation in urban cities,the article tries to raise three resolution strategies including the division management. Rainwater management subsystem and the control of rainwater refer to the reconstruction of the city parks. These methods will help rainwater management of the city parks become effective and realize the function of sponge in cit-y.
