轴类工件热后以车代磨的工艺实现探析

On the basis of analyzing the lack of grinding of heated axial workpiece, this article makes a probe into the feasibility of the experimental process operation of turning instead of grinding. And it presents the con-siderations during the manufacturing process in large numbers. Practice shows that the process of turning in-stead of grinding can completely meet the technical requirements, with productivity increased by 40% to 60%.%在分析热后磨削不足的基础上,探讨以车代磨的工艺试验操作的可行性,提出在投入大批量加工时应注意的问题.实践证明:以车代磨工艺完全能够满足工艺技术要求,生产效率可提高40%-60%.
