变态混凝土成孔注浆浆液扩散研究

摘要

为探究变态混凝土注浆浆液扩散情况，根据变态混凝土注浆的特点，建立注浆模型，分析影响注浆效果的主要因素，根据注浆扩散试验结果，用多元回归分析各个试验因素对试验结果的影响，得出各个参数之间的定量关系式。通过对公式中的自变量和因变量的相关系数分析，可知注浆扩散情况与受注介质的注浆压力、单孔注浆量以及浆液的水胶比具有较强的相关性。该研究所得公式可以指导变态混凝土注浆施工，优化变态混凝土注浆施工工艺。%Grout⁃enriched roller compacted concrete ( GERCC) is a kind of RCC for resisting dam seepage, by ap⁃plying cement grout to normal RCC and vibrating compaction. To research the slurry diffusion in GERCC, we estab⁃lish a grouting model and analyze main factors influencing the effect of grouting. According to test results of grouting diffusion and by using multiple regression analysis, we obtain the influence of each factor on the test results and the quantitative relationship among various parameters. Through correlation coefficient analysis of independent and de⁃pendent variables in the formula, we find that the grouting diffusion is closely correlated with the grouting pressure of material subjected to injection and the single⁃hole grouting volume as well as water⁃cement ratio of slurry. Final⁃ly, the research results can be referenced for construction and technique improvement of GERCC grouting.
