苏北农村流转土地承包大户持续发展的困境及对策

摘要

通过暑期对苏北农村流转土地承包大户现状的实践调查,我们了解了其基本情况,也发现了一些问题。对当前制约流转土地承包大户进一步发展的困境,从健全土地流转机制、完善土地流转法规、创新土地流转金融体制等方面提出了可行性的建议与对策。%A general overview of contracting circulation land by large contractors in the countryside of northern Jiangsu Province was obtained through social surveys conducted by college students during the summer vacation and it showed that many problems remain unsolved.Suggestions were put forth concerning the existing factors that prevent the contracting of circulation land by large contractors from further development from such perspectives as strengthening land circulation systems,perfecting land circulation laws and rules and creating new systems for financing land circulation.
