发挥教育引领作用强化企业文化熏陶

摘要

Enterprise culture is the most powerful foundation to form the enterprise long life and the core competitiveness.Nowadays,among all kinds of China＇s enterprises,some excellent ones have their own cultural characteristics while the others do have entire and perfect cultural system.To the new staff＇s training,some enterprises do very little about cultural and some only pay more attention to the skill training.In fact they ignore the enterprise culture education.In higher vocational and technical colleges there are defects in enterprise culture education.In order to train students as the professional people,strengthening the enterprise culture education and influence during the period of school is not only necessary but also important.%企业文化是企业形成长久的生命力与核心竞争力的最有力的基础,目前我国大、中、小企业中,优秀的企业都有自己特色的企业文化,而大多数中、小企业的企业文化不系统、不完善。在新入职员工的培训方面,很多企业做的也非常不够,或者往往只重视其岗位技能的培训,极大地忽视了企业文化教育。高职院校在学生的企业文化教育方面也存在缺陷,所以要使学生又快又好的从学生转变为职业人,在校期间,加强企业文化教育与熏陶十分必要,也非常重要。
