The emerging of electronic bidding and its rapid development influences bidding activity remarkably ,and standardizes the bidding market as well .The paper summarizes experiences on electronic bidding ,and gives some suggestions to improve the development of electronic bidding .%电子招投标的形成和迅速发展，对招投标活动产生了革命性的影响，同时也对进一步规范招投标市场起到了积极的作用。笔者经常参与电子投标业务，通过对电子招投标发展方向的思索和分析研究，探索出电子招投标健康发展之路。
