输气管道工程水土保持监理工作探索与实践

摘要

Soil and water conservation supervision of gas pipeline proj ect is an indispensible part in the management of proj ect construction,as well as a difficult and important point in proj ect management,especially for long distance gas pipeline proj ect. By summarizing the experiences in the soil and water conservation supervision of Qin-Shen Gas pipeline proj ect,this paper elab-orates the supervision system,working model and method,and puts forward some problems and advice in soil and water con-servation supervision of gas pipeline construction,hoping to be as the references for the personnel of soil and water conservation supervision,to explore effective supervision model of soil and water conservation.%输气管道工程水土保持监理是工程建设项目管理中一项不可缺少的内容，亦是工程建设项目管理中的难点与重点，尤其是长输管道工程水土保持监理，本文总结了秦沈输气管道工程水土保持监理工作实践经验和体会，对输气管道工程监管体系构成、工作模式和方法进行了初部探讨阐述，提出了输气管道工程施工期水土保持监理目前尚存在的问题和改进意见，期望为今后更多从事水保监理工作的人员提供借鉴和参考，探索更为积极有效的水保监管新模式。
