灌南县城乡高血压发病情况及危险因素探讨

O b jective To survey tie epHanfobgical features of hypertension and itsmajor risk tactors in urben and rural residents and to provide a scientific basis to establish a plan for tie prevention and control of hypertension M ethods A total of443 residents area aged20 -69 years from urban and rural were investigated by stratified randan sanpling The fisting plaana glucose( FFG) , uric acid( UA) , total cholestero( TQ , trigJyceride( TG) , high density lipoprotein cholesterol HDL- Q , low densily lipoprotein cholesterol LDL- Q of tie study sanples were measured The associated risk tactors of hypertension were analyzed witi tie nan- conditional logistic regression Results The morbidity rate of hypertension(MRH) in tiis area was35. 9%. The age- standardized MRH was28.0%. By multiple tactorial logistic regression analysis, tiere was a positive correlation between hypertension and drinking fenily history of hypertension, hy-percholesteroknia, highUA levej bodymass indej( BM1) and advanced age(0R >1.0,P <0. 05). Conclusion The major risk tactors of hypertenson are drinking tanily history of hypertension, hypercholesterolania, high UA JeveJ BMI and advanced age Drinkingmight partly contribute to tie highermorbidily rate of hypertension in tiis area tian tie average level ofwhole country in2002.%目的 探讨灌南县城乡高血压发病情况及主要危险因素,为加强社区高血压防治工作提供科学依据.方法 采用分层随机抽样方法,在灌南县城市和乡村抽取20～69岁居民443人进行流行病学调查并检测空腹血糖(FPS)、尿酸(UA)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)等指标,对高血压危险因素进行多因素非条件Logistic回归分析.结果 高血压患病率为35.9%,标化率为28.0%.多因素非条件Logistic回归分析显示,高血压发病与饮酒、高血压家族史、高胆固醇血症、高尿酸血症、体重指数(BMI)、年龄呈正相关,其OR值＞1.0(P＜0.05).结论 高血压主要危险因素为饮酒、高血压家族史、高胆固醇血症、高尿酸血症、BMI、年龄,灌南县城乡高血压患病率高于2002年全国平均水平,部分原因可能与该地区饮酒率高有关.
