系统化健康教育对精神分裂症患者的疗效观察

         

摘要

Objective To explore the effects of systematic health education on the compliance of patients with schiz -ophrenia.Methods A total of 110 patients with schizophrenia who were admitted into our hospital from June 2013 to November 2014 were enrolled into the current study .They were randomly divided into two groups ( n=55 ) .One group received routine therapy and simple education , while the other group was given systematic health education in addition to routine therapy .Both groups were compared for compliance , PANSS scores before and after treatment and clinical effica-cy.Results The observation group showed remarkably enhanced compliance than the control (P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in PANSS score between the two groups .After treatment, the observation group produced significant-ly lower PANSS scores than the control group (P<0.05).The observation group presented markedly improved efficacy than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic health education is beneficial for schizophrenia patients to improve compliance and clinical efficacy , which is worthy of promotion in clinical setting .%目的:探究系统化健康教育对精神分裂症患者治疗依从性的影响。方法以本院2013年6月至2014年11月收治的110例精神分裂症患者为研究对象。将这些患者随机分为两组,每组各55例,对照组进行常规用药治疗以及简单宣传教育,观察组在此基础上进行系统化的健康教育。比较两组患者治疗依从性、治疗前后阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分和临床疗效。结果观察组的治疗依从性显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者干预前PANSS评分的差异无统计学意义;干预后,观察组的PANSS评分显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗效果显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对精神分裂症患者采取系统化的健康教育,能够显著提高患者治疗的依从性和临床疗效,值得临床大力推广。
