低速脂润滑滚动轴承膜厚影响机理

         

摘要

To investigate the mechanism of grease film thickness at fully flooded conditions in rolling bearings, a film thickness measuring apparatus with capacitance measuring equipment was applied for a simulation experiment. Test results showed that the change trend of grease film thickness was highly related to "transition speed". Below the transition speed, grease film thickness decreased with speed and was higher than that of base oil; while above the transition speed, grease film thickness increased with speed and would become the same with the base oil film thickness.%为研究脂润滑滚动轴承在全膜润滑状态下的膜厚影响机制, 利用带有电容测量装置的轴承膜厚测试机进行了模拟实验.实验结果表明膜厚随着速度的变化与"转变速度"有关.速度低于转变速度时, 脂膜厚度高于基础油油膜厚度并随着速度提高而变小;速度高于转变速度时, 脂膜变厚并逐步与基础油油膜厚度达成一致.
