国内外代际正义研究述评

摘要

Intergenerational justice rose in foreign countries in the 1970s, then it became a hot research topic . The basic theory research of intergenerational justice includes its concept and connotations , principles , responsi-bility argument and right argument .It’ s important and urgent to card the research status of intergenerational jus-tice, define clearly its shortage , and look to its prospects .%20世纪70年代代际正义研究在西方率先兴起，随后成为国内外学术界关注的热点。国内外代际正义基础理论研究主要涉及代际正义的概念与内涵、代际正义的原则、代际正义论证的责任义务进路、代际正义论证的权利进路等。梳理国内外代际正义研究现状，厘清代际正义研究的不足，在此基础上展望其研究前景，对于代际正义研究极具重要性和紧迫性。
