双原子理想气体的统计熵的研究

     

摘要

对双原子理想气体的统计熵进行了研究。在常温下,双原子分子的振动能级间距远大于k T,几乎全部振子都冻结在基态,而转动能级间距远小于k T,能量量子化的效应可以忽略,即平动熵对整个双原子分子统计熵的贡献最大。%Entropy is widely used in many fields, from the micro to the universe of meaning. Statistical entropy of this diatomic ideal gas was studied in the ambient temperature range. The spacing between vibrational energy of diatomic molecules was far greater than kT, almost all oscillators being frozen in the ground state; while rotational energy level spacing was much smaller than kT, energy quantization effects being negligible. Translational entropy, therefore, contributed the most to the statistical entropy of diatomic molecules.
