新疆棉花主栽品种的分类与优势比较

     

摘要

为获得具有比较优势的新疆棉花主栽品种的信息,本文采用判断分析、聚类分析、主成分分析等方法,对2015年新疆24种棉花主栽品种进行分类与优势比较.分析结果表明:新陆早(XLZ)、新陆中(XLZG)与中棉所系列(ZM)等3个品类之间的总体品质特性表现出一定的差异,XLZ与XLZG、XLZ与ZM差异相对明显;评价主栽品种的14个品质指标之间存在一定的相关性,其中杂质颗粒数目与叶屑等级的正相关性最强,与上半部平均长度的正相关性最弱;针对24种主栽品种,按K-均值聚类方法可分为2类,按系统聚类方法可分为5类或3类,并且描述XLZG-32、XLZ-52或XLZ-36的分类一致;根据降低维度后的主成分E1~F4获得的综合主成分F值,可排列出具有比较综合优势的主栽品种.在前15名中,品类XLZG占比达到60%.值得重点推荐的5只主栽品种是XLZG-32、XLZ-48、XLZG-35、M-81-4与XLZG-26.%In order to obtain the information of Xinjiang cotton cultivars with comparative advantage,in this paper,the methods of judging analysis,cluster analysis and principal component analysis are used to classify and compare the 24 major cotton cultivars in Xinjiang in 2015.The results indicated that the comprehensive quality characteristics of 3 categories XLZ,XLZG or ZM showed differentia,especially between XLZ and XLZG or ZM;And there was a certain correlation between 14 quality indexes of main cultivars,with the stronger positive correlation between the count of impurity and the leaf grade,as well as the weaker between the count of impurity and the average length of the top half.The 24 cotton cultivars could be divided into 2 categories by K-means clustering method,and 5 or 3 categories by system clustering method.As a result,the classification of XLZG-32,XLZ-52,or XLZ-36 was described to be consistent;According to the F value of the comprehensive principal component,which is obtained from the principal component F1 to F4 through dimension reduction,the main cotton cultivars with comprehensive advantages can be ranked.In the top 15,category XLZG accounted for 60%,with largest comprehensive advantage,and the recommended cotton cultivars are XLZG-32,XLZ-48,XLZG-35,M-81-4 and XLZG-26.
