试论新疆少数民族非物质文化遗产中传统手工技艺的保护及对策

The traditional skill of minority deeply reflects the national memory and residue from Ancient Western Regions to today in Xinjiang, which has unique human values. It is very significant for protecting traditional handicrafts to carry out productive protection ,museum-style protection and so on for the traditional artistry endangered , all kinds of assists and better text, video recordings for the inheritors.%少数民族的传统技艺深刻反映了从古代西域到今日新疆大地上的民族“记忆”和沉淀，具有独特的人文价值。对这些濒危的传统技艺实施生产性保护、博物馆式等的文化记忆保护，对传承人实行各种方式的帮扶，做好文本、影像记录，对于保护传统手工技艺具有重要意义。
