头针结合灸法治疗脑血管病的临床效果

摘要

目的：探讨头针结合灸法治疗脑血管病的临床疗效。方法选取新疆医科大学第一附属医院神经内科收治的90例脑血管病患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组45例，对照组给予常规治疗及护理，观察组给予头针结合灸法常规治疗及优质护理学结合治疗，比较两组的临床治疗效果及患者的治疗满意度。结果治疗前，两组患者的神经功能缺损（NHISS）评分无明显差异（P ＞0．05），治疗后两组患者的 NHISS 评分均有所降低（P ＜0．05），观察组 NHISS 评分明显低于对照组（P ＜0．05）；观察组与对照组的治疗满意度为95．6％和84．4％，观察组明显高于对照组（P ＜0．05）。结论头针结合灸法及优质护理能够明显改善脑血管患者的神经功能缺损程度，提高临床疗效及患者的满意度。%Objective To investigate the curative effects of scalp acupuncture combined with moxibustion for patients with cerebrovascular disease.Methods 90 patients with cerebral vascular disease in the neu-rology department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were selected,and ran-domly assigned to the control group and the observation group,45 cases in each group,the control group was given routine treatment and nursing,the observation group received scalp acupuncture combined with moxibustion.The clinical curative effect of two groups was compared.Results Prior the treatment,there was no significant difference between the NHISS scores of the two groups (P > 0.05 ).After the treatment,the NHISS scores of the two groups were significantly decreased (P <0.05),and the NHISS scores of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05).The treatment satisfaction of the observation group and control group were 95.6% and 84.4%,respectively. And,the NHISS scores of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion Scalp acupuncture combined with moxibustion could significantly improve the neurologic impairment,the clinical efficacy and patient satisfaction of cerebrovascular disease patients.
