摘要

In 6th Century AD,Justinian I carried out construction activities on a large scale in Constantinople in 6th Century AD, among of this particularly being the Saint Sophia Church. It cost a lot of manpower and material resources. Empire had a huge mili- tary expenditure that engrossed a large number of treasury income. The construction of Saint Sophia Church faced huge financial pressure, because of this,the imperial government found ways to raise construction funds to resolve the Hagia Sophia Church of the huge building costs. It successfully built a splendid St. Sophia Church.%公元6世纪，查士丁尼在位期间，以举国之力，在京都及其近郊进行了大规模的建筑活动，这些建筑以宗教建筑为多，特别是建造了规模巨大的圣索菲亚教堂，耗费了大量的人力和物力。此时，帝国收复西部领土所需的巨额军费开支占去了大量的国库收入，修建圣索菲亚教堂需要巨额的建筑费用使帝国政府面临巨大的资金压力，为此，帝国政府想方设法筹措建筑资金，成功地解决了重建圣索菲亚教堂的庞大的建筑费用问题。
