多层砖混房屋超期服役的风险分析

自然老化和地震是影响房屋使用寿命的两个随机危险元。通过分析，建立了计算多层砖混房屋超期服役风险度的计算机仿真模型。%Natural ageing and earthquake are the two random danger elements that influence the service life of building. By analysing, the author sets up the computer simulation model for calculating the risk degree of over-serviced multi-storied brick building.
