用BS 8800构筑我国煤矿的职业卫生和安全大堤

摘要

Safety in production and prevention of occupational disease in colliery are consistent policies of the Chinese government. But for many years our management on colliery's occupational health and safety has not been effective because of the stereotyped and backward management style. Based on BS 8800(the British occupational health and safety management system guideline), a new and scientific management way is introduced. This paper will benefit the managers of colliery in China.%坚持煤矿安全生产和职业病的防治是中国政府的一贯方针。许多年以来，中国煤炭生产企业的职业卫生安全管理效果不明显，其根本原因就在于没能突破陈旧落后的管理方式。以BS 8800《英国职业卫生安全管理体系指南》为模式，介绍一种全新的、科学的管理方式。希望对广大煤炭战线上的管理工作者有所裨益。
