在人类没有找到新的能源之前,煤炭仍是现代社会发展的基础能源,煤炭工业仍将在国民经济中占有非常重要的战略地位.近几年,国家关闭整顿小煤矿,其煤炭生产秩序有所改善,装备水平逐步提高,煤矿事故的死亡人数明显下降,但我们必须正视煤矿安全生产仍存在很多隐患,煤炭开采过程中会受到水、火、瓦斯、煤尘、冒顶等多种自然灾害的威胁,在消防安全方面也存在诸多不客忽视的问题.尤其是在煤炭开采生产中环境恶劣,生产过程复杂,发生火灾后,火势发展迅速,还时常会引起爆炸,极易造成群死群伤的恶性矿难事故,火灾形势十分严峻.本文中总结了煤炭开采过程中的火灾危险性,分析煤炭开采过程中发生火灾和爆炸的原因,并提出相对应的预防措施和管理办法.%Before human beings could discover any other new energy sources, coal remains the primary source of energy in the development of modern society. The coal mining industry plays a key strategic role in the national economy. In recent years, the small-sized coal mines have been closed and rectified by the government. Thus, the order of coal production has been somewhat improved and the equipment standard has been promoted as well as the number of deaths during coal accidents has been lowered. However, the fact is that there still exist many hidden dangers in the process of coal mining. The exploitation process of coal mine may bring about fire and explosions in particular, which would easily cause a severe mining-related disaster of abundant casualties. Under this situation, this paper introduces the danger of fire and explosions in the process of coal mining, analyses the causes of fire and explosions, and elaborates the precautionary measures and solutions.
