井下运输轨道参数检测仪的设计

     

摘要

针对井下窄轨在受列车运行中产生的纵向力和横向力的作用而发生永久变形的现状,提出一种便携式的井下轨道参数检测分析系统.该系统包括轨道参数采集部分和线路静态检测分析系统两部分.其中检测仪的行进形式采用手推方式.该系统在行进时能够同时检测铁轨的宽度、水平、里程、三角坑等参数.系统的硬件框架采用基于ARM的嵌入式框架,系统软件的设计采用嵌入式操作系统μC/OS-Ⅱ.该系统不但能显著提高井下轨道的数据检测的工作效率和数据采集精度,而且具有体积小、操作简单的特性.此外,系统的分析部分能对数据进行各种方式的查询、图形对比、图形和报表输出,使得操作者方便迅速地得到轨道的参数,较好地满足了井下轨道维护工作的实际需求.%For rail transport safety situation that arrow-gauge railways permanent deformation was caused by longitudinal and transverse force in train running, a portable underground rail parameters testing analysis system was designed to solve underground railway maintenance problems.The system was composed of two parts: one was portable rail parameters detector, and the other was circuit static behavior measure and analysis system.The detector, advancing forward along the rail by hand, could measure the rail's parameters such as width, level, mileage, triangular hole of rail at the same time.The hardware frame used ARM-based framework and software frame used uc/OS - Ⅱ operation system.In addition, the systematic analysis of the data of all kinds of inquiry, graphical comparison, graphics and report output, enables the operator quickly obtain the track parameters, better satisfaction of the underground railway maintenance work.
