弹性模量对岩石注浆裂缝形成影响分析

         

摘要

为了更深入的了解注浆过程中裂隙的产生规律,采用RFPA-flow软件,建立了裂隙岩体注浆模型,模拟了岩体注浆过程中破裂萌生、扩展、相互作用直至模型失稳破裂的全过程.结果表明:岩体注浆压裂过程中,不同弹性模量的岩石对注浆过程中裂纹产生的结果有较大的影响,弹性模量的改变会影响岩石的初始破裂压力,随着弹性模量的增加,岩石所需的破裂压力越大且岩石越难破裂,岩体模型失稳所需的注浆压力也随之增加.只改变岩石的弹性模量而不改变其他条件下,由于岩石破裂难度的提升浆液的流动难度也随之增加,弹性模量越大的岩石浆液越难流动.研究结果揭示不同弹性模量的岩石在相同条件下的注浆致裂裂纹形成规律,旨在对现场施工进行理论指导.%In order to understand the producing law of the grouting cracks deeply,the model of fractured rock mass grouting is established by using RFPA-flow software to simulate the whole process of the fracture initiation,propagation,interaction in grouting process until the fracture due to the model's instability.The results shows that during the fissure production in the rock fracturing grouting,rocks of different elastic modulus have a great effect on the results of the fissure production.A change of the rock's elastic modulus affects the initial fracture pressure of the rock.The greater the elastic modulus of the rock is,the higher breaking pressure is needed and the harder it becomes for the rock to break,thus,the model's instability of the rock needs more grouting pressure.Liquid in different elastic modulus has different fluid ability.While the other conditions remain the same,the increasing elastic modulus makes the liquid fluid increasingly difficult.The research results show us the rules of the fissure formation in the grouting of rocks of different elastic modulus under the same constraints to eventually guide the site construction.
