ZigBee与RS485混合网络的粮情监控系统的研究

         

摘要

The traditional way of collecting the temperature and humidity of grain depots has the disadvantages of low efficiency,big deviation and difficult maintenance.In order to solve the problems, the paper presents a new monitoring system based on the ZigBee and RS485 Hybrid Network.First,the structure of the hybrid network model is introduced,which is composed of a perception layer,a network layer and an application layer.Then the hardware composition and operation mechanism of the sensor node and sink node in the wireless network are described.Finally,the design of the data frame of the ZigBee network communication,the design of the chip internal programs of the two nodes and the design of the upper program of the industrial control computer are discussed in detail.An engineering example shows that the new monitoring system based on the ZigBee and RS485 hybrid network mode has the advantages of flexible networking,high data accuracy,low cost and simple maintenance,etc.%为了解决使用传统方式采集粮库温度、湿度过程中表现出的低效率、误差大、维护难等问题,提出研究与设计基于ZigBee与RS485混合网络的粮情监控系统。文中首先介绍了粮情监控混合网络模型结构,它由感知层、网络层与应用层组成;进而叙述了无线网络中传感器节点和汇聚节点的硬件组成和运行机理;最后讨论了ZigBee网络通信的数据帧的设计以及节点底层程序与工控机上位程序设计。通过工程实例运行表明,粮库监控中使用 ZigBee 与RS485混合网络模式搭建运行可以扬长避短,具有组网灵活、数据精度高、低成本、方便维护管理等优点。
