大豆蛋白/粘胶共混纤维的结构与性能研究

             

摘要

The structure and properties of the soybean protein/viscose blend fiber are analyzed. The crosssection of blend fiber is flat, dumbbell or waist-circle shape, and is core-skin structure. There are many small pores in the cross section. The longitudinal section is not smooth, and there are anomalistic grooves and island shaped cockling on the surface of the blend fiber. The strength and elongation of the fiber is less than that of the viscose fiber, and the mechanics properties are similar to those of the viscose fiber. The volume mass of the fiber is 1.48 ~ 1.50g/cm3, which is similar to viscose fiber. The moisture regain is 14. 2%, which is just less than that of wool fiber but higher than that of viscoso fiber. The logarithm of the mass specific resistance(lg pm) is 7.0, which is similar to that of viscose fiber and less than that of the soybean protein/PVA blend fiber, wool, vinylon, etc. The specific birefringence is 0. 009, which is lower than that of viscose fiber and vinylon and similar to that of wool. The glass-transition temperature is 95. 218℃ and there is no obvious stick point temperature to this fiber. The decomposition temperature is 306. 551℃. The sunlight resistance of this fiber is good.%对大豆蛋白/粘胶共混纤维的结构、性能进行测试分析.大豆蛋白/粘胶共混纤维横截面呈扁平状、哑铃形或腰圆形,有皮芯结构,并且在横截面上有细小的微孔,纵向表面不光滑,有不规则的沟槽和海岛状的凹凸;纤维的强伸度较粘胶纤维稍低,力学性能及变化多与粘胶类似;纤维的体积质量为1.48~1.50 g/cm3,与粘胶相近;纤维的回潮率为14.2%,仅次于羊毛纤维,比粘胶纤维高;纤维的质量比电阻的对数(lgpm)为7.0,与粘胶纤维接近,而远远小于大豆蛋白/PVA共混纤维、羊毛、雏纶等纤维;纤维的双折射率为0.009,比粘胶和维纶低,和羊毛纤维接近;纤维的玻璃化温度为95.218℃,无明显软化点温度,起始分解温度为306.551℃;耐目光性较好.
