纳米TiO2在聚丙烯酸酯涂层胶中的分散及其应用

         

摘要

In order to improve the UV protection of fabrics by coating with nanometer TiO2, different dispersion methods such as dispersants, mechanical agitations were all used for dispersing the nanometer TiO2 in PA (Polyacryhte) and the effects of dispersion and stability were evaluated by the visible light transmittance in this paper. The system prepared by the optimum dispersion processing was used to coat the cotton fabrics and the effects of the concentration of TiO2 and the coating times on the UPF and other properties of the coated fabrics were analyzed and compared with the initial fabrics in details. It was found that ionic dispersants had better dispersion effect than that of the non-ionie ones, while the dispersion had no obvious improvement with the concentration of the dispersant increased from 4% (o. w. f.) to 8 % (o. w. f.). The agitation from both mechanical and ultrasonic was good for the dispersion under certain conditions. For the coated fabrics, their UPF increased with the concentration of TiO2 or coating times.%利用纳米TiO2涂层来提高织物的防紫外性能,采用多种化学分散剂、机械搅拌等不同的分散方法分散纳米TiO2于聚丙烯酸酯涂层胶中,并通过可见光的透过率研究了分散剂种类、用量及机械搅拌和超声分散对分散效果和稳定性的影响.将最优分散工艺所得到的分散体系用于棉织物的涂层整理,研究了纳米TiO2浓度和涂层道数对织物防紫外性能等的影响,并与原始织物进行了比较.结果表明,离子型分散剂的分散效果优于非离子型分散剂,但当分散剂的质量分数从4%提高到8%,体系的分散效果和稳定性变化不大.在一定的条件下,机械搅拌和超声分散都有助于分散效果的改善.涂层整理后织物的UPF随着TiO2浓度和涂层道数的提高而增大.
