动态纱线张力传感器弹簧片的有限元模态分析

             

摘要

Traditional yarn tension sensor with regular elastomeric shape has problems of low inherent frequency ,easy resonance and poor working stability .This paper proposes an approach to solving a‐bove problems by replacing regular‐shaped elastomeric spring piece with special‐shaped one through cutting edge ,digging circular or elliptical holes or spring leaf ,to change its weight distribution ,so as to improve the inherent frequency of leaf spring .By using ANSYS modal analysis ,simulation of leaf spring is carried on and inherent frequency ,vibration mode ,stress distribution ,etc .are obtained .The results prove that the frequencies of the special‐shaped spring leaf and the dynamic stability of yarn tension sensor increase a lot .%针对传统纱线张力传感器规则弹性体固有频率低、易共振、稳定性低等问题,给出一种用异形弹簧片取代规则弹性体的方法。该方法通过对规则弹簧片进行边缘剪裁、挖圆孔、挖椭圆孔改变弹簧片质量分布,从而提高弹簧片的固有频率。在计算机上利用ANSYS有限元模态分析法反复模拟实验求得弹簧片的固有频率、振型、应力分布等。结果证明,异形弹簧片的固有频率大幅提升,动态纱线张力传感器的稳定性得以提高。
