氧化铝陶瓷支撑体与SiO2涂膜液的结合性研究

         

摘要

In order to get inorganic ceramic membrane with good properties,and better sewaging disposal condition single tube Al2O3 ceramic suppor CuO and SiO2 membrane are used as raw materials,and combined by dip-coating method toughly to prepare porous ceramic composite membrane.In the process of experiment,the influence factors such as coating time,dipping time,pull rate,dry conditions were discussed.The sample was characterized by mercury poro-simeter and scanning electron microscopy (SEM).The results show that the composite mem-brane was prepared by support and the membrane suspensions after pretreatment with the ex-periment steps of impregnation,drying,impregnation,drying and sintering.The process pa-rameters are as follows:three times coating,20 s dipping,1 mm/s pull rate,under the condi-tion of 50% RH,40 ℃ to be dried,and sintered.Eventually composite membrane which is not easy to fall off is prepared without crack and with good bonding performance and good pore structure.%为获得性能良好且符合污水处理条件的无机陶瓷膜,单管式氧化铝陶瓷支撑体和SiO2涂膜液为原料,采用浸渍提拉法对其进行高强度结合,制备多孔陶瓷复合膜.探讨涂膜次数、浸渍时间、提拉速率、干燥条件等对涂膜的影响,并利用压汞仪、扫描电镜等对所制备的多孔陶瓷膜的性能进行表征.结果表明,利用预处理后无表面缺陷的支撑体和涂膜液,按照浸渍-干燥-浸渍-干燥-烧结步骤,涂膜3次,每次浸渍时间20 s,提拉速率1 mm/s,在50%RH,40℃条件下干燥并烧结;最终获得表面完整无开裂,结合性能稳定,不易脱落,孔隙结构良好的复合膜.
