Based on the epoxy matrix modified by polyurethane,theepoxy-based composites reinforced by alumina particles were manufactured.The erosive wear characteristics of the composites with single particle size and a certain particle size combination were investigated on the self-made wear tester.The experimental results show that the wear resistance of the composites with single size of 22%~25%(volume fraction)alumina particles is 28 times of ZG45.For the composites with a certain particle size combination,where the alumina particle volume fraction is about 26%~30%,the wear resistance is 36 times of ZG45.%以聚氨酯预聚体改性环氧树脂为基体,以Al2O3颗粒为增强相,制备了树脂基复合材料.在自制的磨损试验机上,系统考察了具有单一颗粒(粒度约200μm)和具有级配颗粒(质量比为3∶1)的树脂基复合材料的冲蚀磨损特性随颗粒体积分数的变化规律,并结合磨损表面的形貌特征对其磨损机理进行了初步探讨.结果表明:对于具有单一颗粒粒度的复合材料,当陶瓷颗粒的体积分数约为22%~25%时,其抗冲蚀磨损特性最佳,是正火态45号铸钢的28倍;对于具有级配颗粒的复合材料,当陶瓷颗粒的体积分数约为26%~30%时,其抗冲蚀磨损特性最佳,是正火态45号铸钢的36倍.
